Our head brewer Alex is from San Antonio, where Margarita's flow like tap water, so it was a no brainer for him to try and brew up a beery version of Texas' favourite cocktail!
Brewed with 50% wheat malt, sea salt and Philly Sour yeast to bring a refreshing tartness, blended with lime juice, dry hopped with some Motueka, conditioned on tequila
barrel chips, resulting in a fruity wheat beer with a tangy kick that will leave you searching for your lost shaker of salt!
