Mixture of Lambic with an average age of 16 to 18 months and Merlot grapes.
This latest blend, bottled in November 2022, was exceptionally made with Merlot (55%), Grenache Noir (35%) and Syrah (10%) grapes.
Lambic is rightly regarded as the missing link between the world of wine and that of beer. Beer with an intense fruit flavor and a beautiful, long aftertaste that recalls the common origin with the wine.
