This 12% ABV Imperial Mocha-Marshmallow Stout is a blend of liquid aged for 12 to 24 months in a mixture of favorite bourbon barrels. It was conditioned on 'Southern Weather' and 'Monarch' coffee bean blends, roasted by our @onyxcoffeelabs for a complex chocolate brownie base and burnt sugar undertones. ⁣
⁣ ⁣Cacao nibs amp up the chocolate front - a mix of Guatemalan and Philippine nibs were specifically chosen for the nutty, warm chocolatey flavors they impart. Marshmallows were the finishing touch; added in abundance for their softly sweet aroma.
