An improved imperial stout base was created, divided into two parts and then filled into similar Kentucky bourbon barrels. To top them off with 2 different types of vanilla to see what happens, focusing on the contrasts. They are both incredibly walnutty-chocolate from the barrel itself and the Tahiti and Madagascar vanillas are in perfect balance with these flavors.
