Kevin from Cascade Brewing brought in some Oregon grown organic malt. Half of this collaborative brew ended up in the refrigerated ship, the other half was inoculated with Kevin's malt. The two halves were fermented and aged in separate barrels to observe any differences in development. One barrel was really sour, one super funky. Then they were blended and a lot of peach and cherries were added. Ta-daa -> sour fruit beer.
