A rounded, full bodied and velvety Imperial Stout. Trinity was aged for a full year in the best Bourbon casks that arrived straight from the US to Sligo. Strong woody notes, a great kick of Bourbon aromas all followed by soft notes of Oats, Chocolate and Dark Roasted malts.
