They are big fans of rye at Central Waters, using rye barrels and using rye malt are some of their favorite things. In this beer they combine the soft sweetness of vanilla with the spicy dry notes of rye, a match made in heaven for their famous barrel aged stout. This beer is aged in rye casks for a whole year, yielding those delectable flavors and aromas.
