A mixture of S04 and US05 yeast! This creates a hybrid of both American coasts: a dry but cloudy beer, rounded off with a fine acidity and fresh bitterness.
The hop varieties Citra, Krush and Centennial provide tropical accents and a subtle floral touch, making the beer a special experience.
