Eerder dit jaar hebben we onze eerste double mash stout gebrouwen met behulp van 12 soorten mouten, waaronder Caramalt, Chocolate Malt, Chocolate Wheat, Chocolate Rye, Carabohemian. De rijke basis van chocoladekaramel werd vervolgens gerijpt in Lochlea's speciale selectie vaten, waardoor ze hun eerste kernproduct 'Our Barley' konden creëren. Deze vatcombinatie bevatte het perfecte recept van ex-bourbon, ex-Oloroso sherryvaten en geschoren, geroosterde en opnieuw verkoolde barriques.
