A powerful Sour IPA brewed together with the kings of this style from the United States, Hudson Valley brewery. The wort, acidified in the kettle, undergoes a special procedure to ensure that as much lactic acid fermentation aromas as possible remain in the finished beer. They also added puree in the form of blueberries and raspberries. Although this is a Sour IPA, it's not a classic approach to the style, the hoppiness is lower than an IPA. The whole is incredibly fruity, sweet and sour.
