A powerful dose of refreshing fruit in the Sour IPA style, supplemented with aromatic Strata hops and fruit puree of strawberries, bananas and calamansi. , which are supplemented with aromatic additions of vanilla, coconut and cinnamon. The sourness comes from a special yeast strain that also produces lactic acid during fermentation.
