Inspired by the traditional "Hummingbird Cake" native to Jamaica - intended to showcase the island's manufacturing industry and named after the island's national bird.
This Imperial Stout was aged in a Bourbon barrel from local favorites, Old Monroe Distilling Co., and then conditioned on bananas, pineapple, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans and estate-grown roasted pecans.
