A vanilla stout matured for 36 months in heavenly bourbon barrels with added vanilla and single origin cocoa nibs from the Dominican Republic.

We took our beer, Very Vanilla, an insanely large imperial stout from our Mega series. A beer packed with a complex combination of all the dark malts you love, giving a chocolatey, sweet, fruity and slightly roasted aroma and taste. A beer with luxurious amounts of Madagascar vanilla, adding layers of sensation to this adult treat. We then mature that beer in freshly emptied Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. For 36 months!

After removing the beer from the barrels, we added even more vanilla and let it sit on newly roasted and ground cocoa nibs from Standout Chocolate Dominican Republic.
