Recently Folkingebrew has traveled extensively for collaborations and festivals. The name of this beer is an ode to that.
For the hop blend of this beer (NEDIPA, 8.2%) large quantities of Idaho 7 and Mosaic were chosen, supported by Citra T90 in the whirlpool and dry hop.
This creates an in your face explosion of scents and flavors of tropical fruit. Wheat was used for the malt bill, along with a low color Golden Promise and pilsner malt. The beer is fermented with London Fog, one of the favorites for New England Style IPAs.
