Oriel X Bereta Templed In Twilight BA (w Raspberry, Vanilla, Pink Pepper And Lactose)

A collaboration between Oriel Beer and Bereta from Timisoara, a bold Gose, aged in oak barrels for 11 months. Barley and wheat malt, wheat flakes, coriander seed, Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, Himalayan salt, kettle acidified with Lactobacillus Helveticus and fermented primarily with a London yeast strain, Templed in twilight is a real gem among the beers. A beautiful bright color with sparkling body and champagne features round off with a burst of aromas of petals, vanilla, raspberry and toasted oak. The taste is powerful with brut, sour notes, salt, lime, biscotti, wood sweetness, raspberry tart and sparkles of mild spiciness. A long finish lingers in the mouth, leaving a subtle sweetness with a light citrus flavour.
