Paloma Barrel-Aged Barley Wine

There was a very limited number of NZ Whiskey Co. casks and we can only lure the whiskey character out of a cask and into a beer once. After that, the cask may offer oak flavour, but the whiskey character is essentially lost. Each bottle is numbered by hand. The offer is very, very limited.
Consider yourself lucky if you are lucky enough to get your hands on some of these bottles. It is a unique experience that will not be repeated and the beer will mature gracefully for years. The sweet spot is expected to be about 3-5 years old. Do not serve cold! Treat it like a port or red wine and serve it in an elegant glass.
