Paraboloid (2022)

The signature Parabola imperial stout reaches new heights in this limited, small-batch release. The story of this beer began when they aged it in an equally selected selection of rare older barrels from premium spirits producers - specifically 14 year old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels and 18 year old Sazerac rye whiskey barrels. These barrels complemented Parabola's classic flavors of dark chocolate, cherry and vanilla by delivering hints of stone fruit, fudge, leather and peppery spice. Additionally, they aged the beer for two years before blending and bottling, creating an ultra-smooth mouthfeel for this wonderfully flavorful beer.
