We decided to brew a TIPA, using a new product for us called Phantasm, a powder sourced from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes and then double dry hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, this beer is undoubtedly our most hoppiest and haziest beer yet.
