Rested Wind is a 16-month barrel-aged Arctic wild beer, brewed with barley, wheat, oats and spelt, accompanied by generous amounts of our favorite herbs, yarrow and meadowsweet. In the smell and taste you will find sourness and some sweetness, stone fruit character, bitter fruit and hay.
