Because this is Ophiussa's first Lager, it's made with immense love and attention to detail! They used fresh Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops on the hot side and Dry Hop in the secondary fermentation and they selected the best German liquid yeast they could find. They also made a single decoction to take full advantage of the fantastic profile of the malts and carried out a long lagering period in which they naturally carbonated the beer to end up with a perfectly aged final product and high carbonation, but subtle on the outside.
