Previously called "Camerise Lambiek".
Lambic mixture with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years they have been making a fruity mix with Camerise berries in small batches. These berries are slightly sweet with a nice acidity. They didn't have to look far for a new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Friend Ammo has outdone himself again by creating a fantastic new label to match his new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruity, but still maintains a nice, soft balance between acidity and astringency.
