The beer pours a dark caramel head atop a rich, inky liquid, expect notes of sticky dates, plums, chocolate, raisins, dried fruit and hints of pecans. This decadent, dark beer used a serious amount of pilsner malt, Munich, crystal malt, chocolate malt and oat flakes and was then cold-aged for months to pay tribute to Estonia's famous dark beers.
