Fresh from the 2021 harvest is the Madagascar vanilla version of Velvet, their apricot collaboration with Side Project! Huge amounts of vanilla and organic apricot aroma flow from the bottle as soon as the cork is popped. Barely average acidity, almost low acidity. Super drinkable and refreshing with everything you would want from a fruity vanilla blend.
