At Muifel they are all real whiskey enthusiasts. So they thought it would be very interesting to infuse their top Sister Agatha with a beautiful whisky. Adding this (slightly smoky) Scottish malt whiskey Finlaggan just before bottling has given a wonderful depth of flavor to the already rich Sister Agatha. Notes of vanilla, wood and a hint of cherries give this quadrupel beer even more character. The subtle smoke flavors from the whiskey have added a delicious frayed edge to the Sister Agatha.
