Barrel Aged Mint Chocolate Imperial Stout
Ermine is dark and thick and gives off a huge chocolate aroma with just a hint of peppermint. Low carbonation and a smooth, velvety body enhance this chocolate experience in a beer glass. The mix of sherry, bourbon and port casks used during the cask aging of this beer manages to both complement and balance the sweetness of this Imperial Stout.
