Barrel Aged Quad
A blend of: Scotch Whisky, Brandy & Bourbon Barrels.
Meles Meles is a homage to the classic Belgian quads. Aiming to stay true to style using only traditional ingredients and yeast. It pours with a beautiful clarity and red-brown hue topped with a big white head provided by the robust carbonation. Sweet fruit, candy sugar and a touch of spirit in the nose. A velvety body accompanied by flavors of dried fruit, ripe plums and toffee.
