Whiskey BA Imperial Stout with honey and smoked plums
Brewed with a range of dark malts, muscovado, demarara sugar and caramelized honey. Fermented with smoked plums in three freshly emptied whiskey casks (Ailsa Bay, Blair Athol and Girvan).
Deep woody oak and a sweet oak smoke, topped with honey-glazed caramelized plums. Bottle conditioned. Only 768 bottles.
