Gold sour with Kumquat and Greek Mountain Tea
Brewed in conjunction with the Seven Island brewery, they blended a super citrusy base beer, brewed with local Scottish barley, wheat and oats and primarily fermented with Brettanomyces.
Seven Island brought their wild local ingredients from Greece to which they added post-fermentation, kumquat from Corfu and wild mountain tea from Mount Olympus.
They celebrated the partnership at the classic Dundee pub - The Phoenix, which seemed a fitting name.
