This version harkens back to the first Holy Goat brew and comes four years and a hundred beer releases later. A sultry heavyweight of an Imperial Stout, inspired by an 18th century recipe for Courage Imperial Stout. This beer features copious amounts of charred and roasted malts, balanced by layers of dark crystal malts and a hint of smoke.
