Primary fermentation with a blend of Brettanomyces producing huge tropical and stone fruit aromas, they have refermented this base beer with an equivalent of 220g/l star fruit (also known as carambolas). This Southeast Asian fruit is notable for its star-shaped cross-section and has flavor descriptions such as pear, apple, grape and citrus. The sweet and sour balance of this fruit makes a nice addition to the most tropical home culture.
